What we want you to do
MTG are now searching for our next Senior Yield & Partnership Manager (SYPM). As SYPM you will be responsible for the Product ownership of the programmatic SSP (Sell Side Platform). The main challenges in this role will be to:
- Improve MTG’s digital ad sales offering
- Guide and expand local teams programmatic sales to become more self-sufficient
- Optimize the yield across all sales channels within the Scandinavian markets.
To achieve this we see to major importance within specific KPIs. The main KPI being to optimize inventory to maximize revenue per sellable ad opportunity & total SOR across all channels. Secondary KPIs include focus on Digital revenue growth and other metrics driving digital business performance.

What we ask of you
You will be responsible for managing business development projects with the purpose of improve our digital ad sales offering, with programmatic sales in focus. You will be the Product Owner of the Freewheel SSP and other SSP partners (incl. Google AdX & Rubicon amongst others).
We believe you have:
Solid work experience, preferably within Ad Tech and/or Digital Sales.
- Solid work experience, preferably within Ad Tech and/or Digital Sales.
- Strong understanding of VOD, Digital consumption and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
In this role you will report to Miranda Conroy, Nordic Head of AVOD Monetization & Business Development. The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
