Entity and activity description
Air Liquide Sweden is part of the Air Liquide Group. Together with our sister companies in Denmark, Finland and Norway, we form a joint Nordic organisation. This means that we are flexible and have the resources to offer our customers a very high level of service, even across country borders.
We help our customers exploit the unique advantages offered by gas technology in the best possible way. From initial demand assessment through testing, installation and training to the optimized final process. We also offer a range of services, such as service checks and maintenance, customised according to the customers’ needs.
Thanks to strategically placed production units, our efficient transportation organization and more than 350 distributors, we deliver quickly and safely throughout the Nordic region.
Missions and Responsibilities
Are you a natural change leader with great analytical skills? Do you want to develop and accelerate Air Liquide’s continuous improvement journey?
Air Liquide Nordics is embarking on a strategic journey to implement a continuous improvement mindset in the whole Nordic organization. To start this journey we are now forming a team of Continuous Improvement Leaders to guide the organization. As Continuous Improvement Leader you will support our Continuous Improvement program within the Nordic region. By identifying, developing and implementing efficient ways of working, you will support the teams to drive change management.
As a Nordics Continuous Improvement Leader you will work closely with the whole organization, on all levels and in all geographies. This role will preferably be based at our main office in Malmö, however for the right candidate the position could also be based in Taastrup, Horsens, Mölndal or Sundbyberg.
- Develop roadmap to implement continuous improvement methodologies according to overall ambitions
- Define projects, objectives and ensure good communication between stakeholders
- Use leadership skills to train, coach and develop teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track and measure project performance
Competencies and Profile
To be successful in this role you have a degree in Engineering or similar with an advanced technical understanding. You have some experience (1-3years) from working with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Moreover, you have great analytical skills and the ability to communicate impactful recommendations that results in production, process and technical improvements.
We believe that you are a natural, humble leader who can quickly build rapport with different stakeholders and effectively influence people in cross functional teams. As Continuous Improvement Leader you have a positive attitude and enjoy developing and coaching teams and colleagues. However, you are also a good team player who is eager to share your ideas with the Continuous Improvement team and do not hesitate to ask for support when needed.
You might have experience from production or/and Project Managing, but this is not a must. Since the Air Liquide work with SAP and Google Suite, you need to be a confident IT user. Fluent in one or several Nordic languages is mandatory and strong skills in English (spoken and written) is required.
