Logistics Project Leader + International program
Air Liquide Nordic Bulk & Logistics team is looking for a driven and Project Leader to be based in Malmö or Horsens.

Air Liquide has a unique opportunity for an ambitious person with 1-3 years of work experience to join both the Nordic Bulk & Logistics team and the international ALLEX program (Read more about the program below).
As Logistics Project Leader you will manage different projects within the ‘Bulk Excellence’ Initiative in the Nordic countries. You will for example define our yearly strategic sourcing plan and track fleet utilization rate. This, in compliance with the requirements of internal customers, authorities’ regulations, operational budget, organisational objectives, and timely deliveries to customers.
In order to succeed you will work closely with the Bulk Supply Chain team, but also with colleagues from other departments in the Nordic organization (eg. Controlling and our production sites). This collaboration is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and regulation compliance
In addition you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects and exchange best practice with bulk colleagues on a European level.
- Implement and develop projects according to budget, scope and deadlines.
- Ensure coordination between teams
- Follow up, measure and report project performance

International program: Air Liquide Leading EXcellence
Air Liquide Leading EXcellence (ALLEX) Program offers long term international development opportunities for ambitious graduates with 1-3 years work experience*. The program runs in parallel with your employment and lasts for 2 years. At the start of these two years you will participate in a European ALLEX onboarding event at a central European location where you will meet ALLEX colleagues from a wide range of functions across Europe.
During the program you will get the opportunity to complete two short term assignments (á 3 months) that are designed to challenge and develop you both professionally and personally. The assignment (often a project) will push you out of your comfort zone by being in a different country and department/business line compared to where you were hired. The aim of the program is to prepare you for an accelerated career within Air Liquide!
*In order to be accepted to the program you need to fit the ALLEX program profile and succeed in a separate internal recruitment process.

Competencies and Profile
First of all, you need to have a “logistic mindset”, meaning you are solution-oriented, flexible and creative. This is needed in order to develop solutions that are both structured, innovative and pragmatic. As a person, you are proactive and you like to take initiatives that lead to technical, production and process improvements. You are a good communicator who is able to build strong relationships and coordinate the collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you are a natural leader with previous experiences in developing and executing projects. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with projects aiming to improve safety, reliability and energy/cost efficiency while taking into account the available resources, budget and deadline.
We believe you have a degree in Logistic Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Process Engineering or similar. However, it is also possible that you have a different degree, but have gained a few years of work experience from implementing & leading logistics projects.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in one Scandinavian language and that you are confident in using English (speaking and writing) on a daily basis. Knowledge of SAP and google suite is an advantage, but it is more important that you are a quick learner!
This role will be based in Horsens (Denmark) or Malmö (Sweden) but you can expect regular traveling to Air Liquide production sites and agents/distributors located in Nordics.
