Wanted: Several full stack developers to develop our future

Are you passionate about development and e-commerce? Do you want to work in a changing environment where trial and learn, team collaboration, simplicity and time to market are valued over detailed requirements and long-term projects? Do you want to have a big influence on solutions, technical stack and way of working? Then this is the role for you.

You become part of LensWay Group's great IT department. We follow an agile way of working and believe in a high degree of freedom when it comes to choosing your personal work tools.

The office is situated in Kista. Headquarters, warehouse, customer service, IT and all other departments are co-located, so decision making, and collaboration is easy.

Your work includes:

  • Developing our e-commerce web applications and back office systems. Our platform is built inhouse and consist of a mix of legacy and modern technologies from the java eco system 
  • Working according to the agile development process, including solutioning, coding, code reviews, daily stand-ups etc 
  • Being a key member in the team that takes our digital business to the next level, by continuously improving the platform, technical stack and way of working 

Your background and personality:

  • Experience of front end and back end development in java and javascript 
  • Experience from business-to-consumer e-commerce industries 
  • Experience from delivering continuously in a cross functional team 
  • English is a requirement, Swedish or Russian is a bonus 

We also value if you have previous experience from:

  • Vanilla JS, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS3, Sass/CSS, GTM, BEM, Node, Webpack, React, Typescript 
  • Java, RESTful programming, Spring, Springboot, Docker 
  • MySQL 
  • CI/CD, microservices, Kubernetes 
  • GIT, IntelliJ 
  • Front end performance optimization, cross browser development, caching strategies, image optimization, web development for mobile platforms, compression algorithms, search engine optimisation 
  • A/B-testing, feature flagging 
  • Working in agile development with Scrum or Kanban
