We are looking for a manager to help deliver a leading product to worldwide customers and to support the clinical research industry and improve human health.

You are a doer with a mindset of making our customers successful and completely satisfied. The role includes project co-ordination between our customers, our internal organization and our sub-contractors. You will demonstrate our product, help our customers to get started and go live with their studies as well as performing trainings and technical support to our customers.
You will be a part of our Professional Services and Partner Support team, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing as well as the System Development and Product Management department.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a person that would help us develop our business, introducing new ideas and energy. We assume that all required skills and experiences stated below might not be met but should be considered as a starting point for an open discussion. You could most likely either be interested as a candidate with emphasis on clinical trials or information technology.
Relevant work experience within clinical trials (e.g. Project manager, CRA, Data manager)
Experience in using SAS is a plus
Fluent in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus
A strong customer focus and the ability to understand our customers
Passion for technology, problem solving and customer supportability
Academic degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent
