Entry Point North AB is an international academy specializing in Air Traffic Service training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. Entry Point North is based at Malmö Airport, with customers and students all over Europe. We have subsidiaries in Ireland (Shannon and Dublin), Hungary (Budapest), Spain (Madrid), Denmark (Copenhagen) and Belgium (Brussels).

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who is ready to take off with us!
As Sourcing Specialist, you play a key part in making sure we are a reliable academy with ability to deliver high-quality courses and training based on the needs and demands of our customers. In order to do so, you will engage and network with an external Competence Pool of resources that we use for various assignments across the world. You will make sure we find, attract and are able to appoint the desired external resources who will often be specialized in a specific field within ATS (Air Traffic Services).
You will form close collaborations with departments such as Training & Operations and Sales & Marketing in planning for future courses and resource demand. Furthermore, you will be responsible for keeping our Competence Pool up-to-date with the right skillsets.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming requests regarding external resources, both on short- and long-term basis
- Sourcing for suitable candidates through international networks, events and ATS related platforms and forums
- Track, review and confirm correct competences and valid qualifications for both internal and external resources according to relevant regulations
- Negotiating terms and conditions with external resources
- Responsible for administration, contracts and support related to assignments given to our external resources
- Proactively managing and developing our Competence Pool to secure right skillsets at the right time for trainings and services
- Continuous improvements of sourcing processes and other ad hoc tasks & projects within the department
This is a great opportunity if you have experience from the aviation industry and looking for an office-based position, or if you have talent sourcing experience from other sectors with a genuine interest of learning the ATS/ATM industry.

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and ATS/ATM will be a clear advantage, as well as experience from Talent & Resource Sourcing
- Excellent communications skills in English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Excel

You are street-smart and enjoy running the whole process from making an initial contact to negotiating the terms in order to ultimately seal the deal. At times you will need to deliver in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, hence your organizational skills and flexibility will be of great advantage.
