Marine Jet Power is growing and we are looking for a skilled project manager with good business acumen to manage and coordinate customer contracts globally. In the role you ensure effective management of customer requirements and expectations as well as good business relationship. The role also implies being the customer's representative internally, whereby by listening to the customer's requirements and wishes, and ensure that they are fulfilled within the framework of the order budget.
The Contract Manager is responsible for several projects that vary in size and can last from six months to a couple of years. The work encompasses the entire process from order to delivery and you interact close with the customer and internal functions such as customized design, purchasing, logistics, assembly, testing and delivery.
Manage and coordinate the execution of customer contracts from signing of order until delivery
Manage and drive internal resources to ensure delivery and handover of contract
Prepare order and item structure and submit order confirmations and invoices
Ensure production of documentation packages such as drawings and manuals
Manage classification and the FAT process
Lead dispute and issues with customers, pulling in stakeholders
Monitor, report and achieve the project's financial goals and other KPIs

We believe that you have an engineering degree, M.Sc. or B.Sc., or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in project management. Work and experience from the marine industry is a merit. You are business minded with strong customer focus and good commercial judgment.

As a person you are result-oriented, structured and can effectively and independently execute your work and drive your projects forward.
The role of Contract Manager is a key position in the company, which requires that you have a solution-oriented approach and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help where needed.
You have very good communication skills in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing. Ability to travel when required.
You will be part of the contract management team at MJP´s HQ in Uppsala Sweden, reporting directly to COO.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
