Global Product Manager Veterinary & Scientific Affairs
We offer an exciting and challenging global role within our marketing team at our global HQ in Stockholm where you will be able to contribute significantly to our company goal to double the revenue in 5 years. A role where you will develop a marketing strategy with a certain product range in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments, R&D department, Production department as well as close cooperation with distributors, partners and end-users on different continents. Also, the opportunity being a key stake holder in the launch of new products. The role also includes the important responsibility to be a business driver for the communication towards Key Opinion Leaders, scientists, researchers, universities, etc. to create increased leverage and brand recognition.
Some of the tasks included in the position are developing products by identifying potential needs; conducting market research; generating product requirements; strategic pricing for the product range, determining specifications, production timetables, time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies and educational activities as well as developing a network with Key Opinion Leaders worldwide.
Your background is as an experienced Product Manager from the Medical Devices sector who is passionate about building products that customers love. You have experience from working in cross functional teams and probably also towards Key Opinion Leaders. You have a University degree in marketing, economics or similar. Digital marketing and technical education are also a merit as well as experience from products related to Hematology, Diagnostics or Veterinary.
We see it also as positive if you have experience from working towards distributors on a global basis, having experience from training and educating others or from setting up Advisory Boards and cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders. We expect you to be well experienced with relevant IT tools and with a proficient level in English and Swedish.
As a person you are a true relationship builder who is able to both create and develop positive relationships based on trust on all levels. You have a commercial mindset and people describe you as a doer who gets things done. You also have a strong conceptual ability that helps you finding solutions to problems often quicker than others. To be effective you are also a skilled planner who takes pride in having control. You are structured and driven by creating results together with others and you are truly devoted member to your team.
