Based in MARS Copenhagen, permanent role, anticipated start date August 1st, reporting to Human Resource Director Nordics
As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will attract, recruit and engage the right talent to enable sustainable business growth while building a robust talent pipeline in the Nordics, selecting high-performing, high potential associates who will drive the business forward. You will get the opportunity to drive Digital, Social Media & Recruitment Marketing by leveraging global employer branding and make sure that we are “top of mind” for candidates when it comes to selecting a future employer.
You will provide recruitment expertise to our Mars Nordics organization on all aspects of the hiring process in fast paced and highly competitive markets. For example, secure that our Great Line Manager community have the skills to recruit with excellence. Educate and coach them on interviewing techniques and Mars recruitment philosophy, policy, and process. In this role you also manage our relationship with key recruitment partners and educating them on Mars values.
You will manage full life-cycle recruitment including consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, and taking part in the recruitment process to ensure that the highest quality candidates who share our values are hired.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about people, relationships, and recruitment. To thrive in this position, we see that you have a great drive for results, a head for business and the ability to set your priorities, just as important is your approach ability and your ability to really listen to the business needs.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business. We also believe that you have a couple of years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in a Corporate or Agency environment, or in an HR function
Since we operate in an international business environment fully fluency in English is required and preferable one Nordic language.
