Mixed Methods Researcher

We are looking for a Mixed Methods Researcher 

We are looking for a Mixed Methods Research contractor with an edge in qualitative research to join our Search team. The Search team is a part of a larger Personalization R&D department at our Customer. 

The Role:

Your role will be to guide product development teams in how to identify and assess opportunities; how to test hypotheses quickly; and how to evaluate their performance

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

To do this effectively we expect you are used to translate abstract goals into research plans that help drive those goals, have a broad experience from both generative and evaluative research methods combining both qualitative (e.g. individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation and in-home studies) and quantitative methods (e.g. annotation studies and designing surveys and experiments, including sampling and execution of statistical data analysis), have a deep understanding of how to manage user bias in your work, and have the ability to extract stories from your analyses that resonate and drive impact for the product, the user and the business
