Expansive Worlds is a creative division of Avalanche Studios Group and a leading developer and publisher of outdoor games.
Since 2009, Expansive Worlds has been devoted to delivering highly immersive outdoor gaming experiences for millions of players and best known for the long-standing and successful theHunter franchise.
We are now looking for a Community Manager to work with our self-published titles - including theHunter Classic, theHunter: Call of the Wild, theHunter: Mobile as well as future and unannounced titles.

As a community manager, you are the face of our product and our company. You want to connect our products with our community, and ensure they are heard. You create, drive and manage community events and campaigns. You are also a key part of marketing, and how we reach our most devoted fans.
This is a highly dynamic industry, and that means you need to be well-organized, adaptable and willing to advocate for great ideas - be that from you, or the community. Each role comes with a lot of responsibility, freedom and autonomy - which we believe is key to growing our people and the business. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.
● Be the direct link to the community
● Assist and guide the community/forum moderators
● Plan, create and execute competitions,campaigns and events to drive community sentiment up
● Monitor and manage community/Set KPIs
● Manage social media, and increase player acquisition/retention/sales by using the tools available on each platform
● 3+ years of professional experience from community management or similar discipline
● Understanding of Social Media, and Social Media/Marketing Analytics
● Strong organizational skills and time management skills
● Works well in a matrixed organization and is a Team player
● Passionate about video games
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
● Previous experience from marketing within the videogames industry
● Interest in Outdoor(s) and/or Sportsperson Activities
