Tech students to part-time job at Acne Studios

You will work extra when needed in the service desk at the head office in Stockholm and there is the opportunity to work oncall during evenings and weekends. You will be employed at Randstad Technologies and work on assignment at Acne Studios. You will work in a service desk and meet people mainly by phone and email. You will have a lot of personal responsibility and this requires being able to prioritize. You will handle many matters at the same time, which requires structure and being able to handle many balls in the air at the same time. Matters that you will primarily work with are different types of orders, account administration and support for various software that they work a lot with, including Adobe. The work environment at Acne Studios is active and efficient, service is natural.

To succeed in the role, you need to have previous experience of technical support and be from dealing with different types of is both by phone, email and face to face.
You are a user-oriented, enthusiastic and skilled team player with great analytical ability. You are solution-oriented, take your own initiatives and have a strong drive of your own. For the customer, it is important to provide high quality service and you need to be service-oriented. You can easily understand the user's problems and adapt your language to the user. You will be given a lot of responsibility and must therefore have the ability to prioritize your work.
- Study at least 50% in the relevant field
- Experience from a service desk
- Knowledge of Active Directory and account management
- Experience installing hardware (PC)
- Knowledge within Windows clients
- Good knowledge of the English language (speech and writing)
- Knowledge in Office365
- Mac experience
- Knowledge of Adobe (installation and troubleshooting)
- Experience from the retail trade
- Knowledge of several languages, especially French and Mandarin, is an advantage
