About the job
You will work with the Private Banking segment and the company’s distribution channels, both internal and external, to develop our markets, services and insurance offerings as well as providing sales support & marketing services and always with a strong customer focus. You will work on larger and complex business cases on an ad hoc basis.

You will be responsible for streamlining processes between SEB AB, PFAB and SEB Life International with a simplicity and customer focus.  In an ever-changing regulatory landscape and tax environment, you need to adapt our offering to meet shifts in customer needs, through development of unique investment opportunities and roll out of new technologies, while always striving for operational excellence. 

You should have great communication and marketing skills, since part of the work will be to promote the product, supporting the distribution channels with suitable marketing material. As a part of the end-to-end process you will create and update the marketing material and literature, as well as provide training to distributors and colleagues.

This position gives great opportunity to understand the international life insurance market and develop insights regarding the Private Banking segment and complex investments. The Sales and Business Development team consists of nine people located in Sweden and Finland. This position will be based in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Sales and Business Development, Jenny Tjelander.

SEB Life International, based in Ireland, engages in the cross-border distribution of insurance products. We specialize in the provision of tailored insurance solutions to build strong customer relationships and provide world class service throughout the lifetime of our relationships. We services clients in Sweden, Finland and Nordic customers’ resident in Europe working mainly with Tied Agents, independent Intermediaries and international Private Banking.

Who are you?
We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong business acumen and a keen interest for new trends in the market, regulatory impacts, great understanding of assets and a true customer focus. You have a structured approach, a good understanding of Private Banking, as well as, hands on experience of working with the cross-border insurance offering. We expect you to have excellent communication skills with an ability to make complex issues easy to understand. You have several years of professional experience in insurance and/or Private Banking. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
