Finance Manager, Sweden

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to Tech Data Sweden. As Finance Manager in Tech Data you will be an important business partner to country management team and managing the finance function of a country. You will be responsible for the country full Balance Sheet, P&L and accountable for the internal controls system. Your responsibilities also include to develop and improve efficiency within the Swedish organization, serving as a business partner.
The position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and complete financial and operational reporting and analysis. You will be an active participant and contributor to the overall Nordic and European financial management. Additionally, you will ensure that local strategies and initiatives are in line with and supportive of the group strategies and priorities.
The successful candidate has a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. You have strong finance acumen and significant operational experience managing complex businesses, ideally within distribution with large volumes and low margins. To succeed in this role, you have good organizational and time management skills including how to prioritize and close tasks. You enjoy working in a fast paced international/multi-cultural environment and are able to deal effectively with all levels of management and individuals within the organization.
Furthermore, you have education from finance, business administration or similar degree and have excellent communication skills in both English and minimum one Scandinavian language. We also value knowledge of SOX and US GAAP, good to great MS office user as well as experience from SAP.

- Balance sheet control and risk management
- Working Capital Management
- Planning & Forecasting
- Performance measurement, profitability improvement and cost control
- Maintain a sound internal control structure (SOX)
- Ensures that adequate measures are in place to mitigate exposure
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with group policies, procedures and ethical guidelines
- Ensure that appropriate measures are taken in response to identified issues and/or opportunities
- Maintains and develops relationships with business, external contacts in the region including vendors, customers etc.
