Formed fiber with Stora Enso

Formed Fiber materials are based on wood fibers and can be produced to most 3d shapes with many of the same mechanical and functional properties as plastics and so provides a novel and powerful vehicle for displacing plastics. We are now seeing interest in Formed Fiber spread to a large number of applications where the market potential is counted in billions of units. The goal of the Formed Fiber team is to capitalize on this opportunity by quickly scaling up capacity, research new technologies and commercialize new applications to become a leader in this market. Stora Enso has made a strong commitment to Formed Fiber by investing in a new Formed Fiber plant and the formation of this new business unit.


Your next opportunity

We are looking for an Account Manager that will act as the point of contact for assigned customers to maximize customer value as well as leverage value of existing Formed fiber products.

Your day-2-day tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Generate sales with customer accounts
  • Make sure customers receive requested products and services, on time in full
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with assigned customers Liaison with colleagues to create alignment and effective execution of strategy
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Manage projects within customer relationships, working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goals
  • Communicates customer needs and demands to internal stakeholders
  • Point of contact for claims related to assigned accounts
  • Forecasts and tracks customer account metrics
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Service multiple customers concurrently, often meeting deadlines
  • Proactive telephone sales to smaller and medium sized customers related to existing Formed fiber products
  • Support in new business development

Vem söer vi?

What experiences do we believe you have? We believe you have following skills sets to make it happen:

  • BSc in Engineering and/or Business
  • Customer service experience
  • Proactive attitude, ability to analyse information, take initiatives and make decisions
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge in CRM and Microsoft Office software is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to create confidence-inspiring business relationships
  • Service minded and good team player
  • Min 2 years' experience in Sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English is a must
