As Finacial and Accounting Specialist you have the coordination of finance, accounting and administration tasks for the Nordic countries mainly Sweden but also Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Your tasks:

• Manage accounting transactions and maintains books of accounts, ensuring that all financial data is recorded within the company’s accounting standards and policies
• Ensure accurate, compliant and timely internal and external accounting and reporting
• Follow up the legislation regarding accounting, finance & tax
• Continuously improve all internal procedures & tools with regards to accounting, finance & tax
• Develop and enhance appropriate general administration processes (travel management, payoffs, HR processes, documentation)
• Develop and optimize internal control systems
• Collaborate with and coordinate external accounting units services, banks, tax advisors, auditors and authorities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports, including year-end reporting
• Prepare annual accounts, annual reports and tax declarations
• Coordinate and prepare the company’s operational plan
• Support development of field sales goals and provide consistent and timely feedback of
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the operational and strategic plan
• Analyze data/trends/economical indices, identify opportunity for improved growth/profitability and develop business case to support conclusion

• University Bachelor degree in Business Administration (finance, accounting or similar, or equivalent require and perennial accounting experience in an international organization)
• Strong foundation in local accounting and internal controls, ideally IFRS
• Demonstrated ability to identify & implement strong accounting processes
• Ability to organize work logically and being motivated to achieve common goals
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Good SAP knowledge, great Microsoft Excel skills as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and structured person
• Good communication skills
• Be ready to commit yourself and to share your know-how with the team
• Proficient in English, oral and written
• Hands-on and proactive in managing yourself
• Open minded and a communicative team player with high business acumen
